? Simplify the problem
Simplify geometry
> Ignore features that do not affect the flow
> Use as many blocks as possible to set the geometry
> Make blocks meet at complete faces
> Maintain good mesh quality.
Simplify physics
> Model the physical process that is of utmost importance
> Model the dominant flow physics.
Check grid quality.
Check boundary conditions.
Obtain an initial simple flow field.
