Protective features including soft-start,source/sink current limits and thermal shutdown are added,
Open-drain power OK pin is added,The shutdown pin can tri-state the regulator output for
Suspend To RAM (STR) state,The IC is packaged in SO-8.

Description:
MAX809/MAX810/NCP803/MAX803 are cost-effective system
supervisor circuits designed to monitor VCC in the digital systems
and provide a reset signal to the host processor when necessary.
The reset output is driven active within 10 μs of VCC falling
through the reset threshold,Reset is maintained active for a
timeout period (which is trimmed by the factory) after VCC rises
above the reset threshold.

The NCP5208 is a linear regulator specifically designed for the active termination of DDR-I/II
SDRAM,The device’s operating voltage can be as low as 2.2 V,and is capable of sourcing and
sinking up to 1.5/0.9 A (DDR-I/II) current with the output voltage regulated to within?3 % or less,
Protective features including soft-start,source/sink current limits and thermal shutdown are added,
Open-drain power OK pin is added,The shutdown pin can tri-state the regulator output for
Suspend To RAM (STR) state,The IC is packaged in SO-8.
