腋窝的 一顶、一底、四壁
? 腋窝的底,由皮肤、浅筋膜和
腋筋膜构成。

肌锁骨下肌和锁胸筋膜构成。

内，沿血管排列，分 5群。
1.胸肌淋巴结 pectoral lymph node
2.外侧淋巴结 lateral lymph node
3.肩胛下淋巴结 subscapular lymph node
4.中央淋巴结 central lymph node
5.尖淋巴结 apical lymph node:收集上述 4群淋巴结和锁骨下淋巴
结的输出淋巴管，其输出淋巴管合成锁骨下干，分别注入胸导管和
右淋巴导管。
