? 位置 Position:,This is a narrow space between the sternum
and the anterior wall of pericardium,位于胸骨与心包前壁之间。
? Contents 内容,It contains the rudiment of the lower part of
the thymus,the internal thoracic vessels and their
branches,a part of the anterior mediastinal lymph nodes
and some loose connective tissue.内有胸腺下部、胸廓内血
管及其分支、纵隔前淋巴结和疏松结缔组织。

四,膈 Diphragm
? Formation,a central aponeurotic portion called the central
tendon and a peripheral muscular portion（中央的中心腱和
周围的肌性部）,
? Three part,the sternal,costal and lumbar part（分为胸部、
肋部和腰部）,
? Three openings:the aortic hiatus（主动脉裂孔）,esophageal hiatus（食
管裂孔） and vena caval foramen（腔静脉孔），向后分别平对第 12胸椎、
第 10胸椎和第 8胸椎高度。
? 作用：①为主要的呼吸肌； ②与腹肌同时收缩，可增
加腹压，协助排便、呕吐、咳嗽、喷嚏和分娩等。
四、纵隔间隙
? 胸骨后间隙 retrosternal space：于胸骨与胸内筋膜之间。
? 气管前间隙 anterior tracheal space：位于上纵隔内，气管、气
管杈与主动脉弓之间，向上与颈部的气管前间隙相通。
? 食管后间隙 retroesophageal space：①位置：位于上纵隔内，
食管与胸内筋膜之间，内有奇静脉、副半奇静脉和胸导管等。②
相通：向上与咽后间隙相通，向下经心包与食管之间的疏松结缔
组织，并通过膈的潜在性裂隙与腹膜后间隙相通。
