Difficult Sentences
(Para,1) I might have been physically safer staying home,but I

likely to happen in the past.

article the is omitted before residents and region,which is typical of

(Para.4) Amazingly,the ISP still responded that it was
highly unlikely that security had been breached on its
end,since no credit card data was in danger.

In the object clause that it was highly unlikely that

The pronoun it is the formal subject,and that-clause is the real subject
clause,where to income modifies rush and so as to discourage buyers
serves as an adverbial of purpose.
