Psychological Characteristics of Introverts 
????Introverted: compared with extroverts, introverts' psychological energy is directed inside, they care more about their inner being, so they tend to be mediate, retrospect and deliberate. 
????Passive: they are rarely active in dealing with others if they are willing to, they are waiting for greetings from others, and are ready to be a listener, and a good listener indeed under social functions. 
????Sensitive: they are attentive to subtle changes in others' words and behavior. Sometimes, they are too self-critical, and their first response at a remark would be if it was meant for me or if I have done anything wrong. 
????Self-centered: this is not a moral judgement. It is meant here that when introverts are dealing with others they tend to care more about their personal feelings and link everything to themselves, and when there are any troubles they are ready to take the blame and check their doings to see whether it is their faults.
