? 保险是一种契约行为，指被保险人（出口商或
进口商）给予保险人（保险公司）一定的保险
费，而由保险人负责赔偿被保险人未来可能遭
受的某种损失。由于国际贸易的货物大多数是
通过海洋运输的，所以海洋运输货物保险就显
得特别重要，它分为平安险、水渍险和综合险
3种。投保时，通常选择这三种基本险别的一
种，然后根据货物的性质、包装等，加保其他
必要的特殊附加险别。
