Choice of Currency for Account and Payment:home currency of the exporter, the importer’s currency or a third currency upon which the two parties have agreed.
Note: the fluctuation of exchange rates may influence the interests of both exporter and importer.
Money of account:计价货币
Money of payment:支付货币
Hard currency:硬通货币,reliable, stable and more in demand
Soft currency:软货币,not readily convertible to gold, or into other currencies which are more in demand, and that is unstable in value.

Use of Commission and Discount:
Commission: the money received by an agent for his intermediary service.
e.g. US $200 Per M/T CIFC2% London
Discount: a certain percent of price reduction, a special favor given by the exporter to the importer. It is usually as a means of promoting and expanding sales.
Quantity discount/ cash discount/ special discount
e.g. US $200 per metric ton CIF London less 3% discount
Net Price: commission or discount is excluded from the export price.
Clause of Price: unit price and total amount.
Unit price: currency unit, unit price figure, measurement unit and delivery terms.
