Basic knowledge 报盘,又称发盘,报价,是买卖其中一方向对方,一般是卖方向买方,提出有关产品的各项交易条件,并表示愿意按照这些条件达成交易,订立合同。其方式以电报,传真或信件为主。报盘的主要内容应包括产品的价格,规格,数量,包装,交货日期,付款条件等。 报盘分为实盘和虚盘两种形式。附答复期限的为实盘。只要买方在规定期限内接受卖方条件,则该报盘生效,买卖成交。在规定期限里,卖方不能取消或更改报盘。未附答复期限的报盘是虚盘,即使卖方接受了报盘,也不受其条件的约束。此外,卖方也可修改其中条件。虚盘最后必须由卖方确认后方生效。 II.
