many of the independent hotels,and a chain
operation can well afford personnel specialists
because the cost can be distributed across
many hotels.
? 2,the main management problems in lodging
industry mainly center around the employees
and the personnel function,

? 1.recruitment,selection,and placement

and design a program to attract qualified
employees to the hotel.

program to select the best-qualified,stable,
long-service employees.

productivity in the hotel.
? 3,conduct job evaluation studies and wage
surveys so as to determine its employee’s
