（ 一 ） 什么是学习效应
Learning effect,The long-run average cost will decrease
as the result of the successive accumulation of workers,
technicians and mangers’ experiences on production,
technological design and management and so on.
学习效应 是指企业的工人, 技术人员, 经理等人员在
长期生产过程中, 可以积累产品生产, 技术设计以
及管理工作经验, 从而通过增加产量导致长期平均
成本下降 。

Learning curve,A graph showing the mathematical
relationships between the quantity of firm’s
accumulative product and that of input to every unit of
product.
学习曲线 所描述的是企业累积性
产品产量与每一单位产量所需要
投入要素数量之间的关系 。

由于学习效应而导致的单位产品劳动投入量下降必
然导致产品长期平均成本的下降, 使企业能够用较
低的劳务成本生产较多的产品 。

其中 L表示每一批产出所需要的劳动投入量,N表示
累积性产品批量,a,b,β为参数。 a与 b为正的数值，
β大于 0，小于 1。

each individual product being produced more
cheaply than if it was produced in a single-
product firm,The reason for these economies of
scope is that various overhead costs and financial
and organizational economies can be shared
among the products.
二、范围经济 economies of scope
（ 一 ） 什么是范围经济 Economies of scope
范围经济 是指在相同的投入下, 由单一企业生产联产
品比多个不同企业分别生产这些联产品中每种单一
产品的产出水平要高 。
联产品 是两种或两种以上的可以使用共用设备, 技术,
管理等资源条件的技术特性相同或相近的产品 。
产品转换曲线,如果用一定量某种资源或组合资源生产
两种联合产品 X和 Y,这两种产品之间存在着替代关
系, 它们之间最大数量组合曲线称为产品转换曲线,

? 范围经济与递增规模报酬是两个不同的概念, 二者
之间并无直接的关系 。
? 一个生产多种产品的企业, 其生产过程可能不存在
规模报酬递增, 但是却可能获得范围经济 。
? 一个工厂用较大规模只生产某一种产品可能会产生
规模报酬递增, 但是同时生产两种以上产品却不会
产生范围经济 。
